Welcome to Pretoria!

I experienced my first trip to Pretoria ... at a conference of the Physiological Society of Southern Africa. We stayed near the Pretoria University campus, which was nice, but our hotel was straight from the 1960s and hadn't changed a bit since!! This is the view from our door (which didn't lock!)

At the Old Trinity Church they were having a quiet day ... though I wonder how it worked when people brought their packed lunches ... quiet lunch with the church brigade?!?!
