The Lion's tour of South Africa

At the first test match, the banner read ...

"Don't film us, our wives think we're fishing in North Wales."

Dominoes ...

I was introduced to the concept of speed dominoes ... which involves normal dominoes but faster than a granny pace! Unfortunately my speed domino skills leave much to be desired ... but it was fun.

To Zan ... we miss you!

Dancing and Handstands!

As the day wore on we practiced our dancing and acrobatics ... and eventually got it in unison! And had a great time inamongst!!

Let the experts have a go ... and come down ...
Not a bad first attempt ...Rico takes centre stage ...
Ta-dah! The final product!

Greyton Town

We had a lovely walk around Greyton and stopped at a market and had coffee at a little cafe.

A good name for a hair dresser ...

45% reduction in temperature ... whatever that means!

I think Bizarre is one of my favourite words!

Greyton

We went to Greyton to run a race ... and we didn't run the race (seems to have become a common theme for me) but we had an amazing time and beautiful accomodation just outside the quaint town of Greyton.

Initially we saw nothing but clouds ...

But the day cleared wonderfully ...

Marelise and Rico ran ... and Zan slept ... if you look carefully you'll see that Rico left her some nuts incase she was hungry when she woke up :-)

Rocks ...

The river ...

Tsholo got baptised while we were in Namibia ...

... and then she had to save Lindri!

Other Namrockin' moments ...

I do love African trees!

Kevin and the djemba

Tsholo the country and western singer!

Ronel on the shofar!

Flippie and Claude

Ronel and Lindri

Muscle-John looking like Woody from Toy Story!

We all like Lindri's smile in the picture above! And she's demonstrating a lack of torso in the picture below!
