One of my things for lent this year was to run ... and I've been doing it! Not sure how the transition from running in the sunshine and 40oC temperatures to running at 1oC in Scotland next week ... I might freeze (or give up!). But here's a couple of pictures of my running route in Paradyskloof ... it's a beautiful area!
