After the candlelight service we popped into the kitchen to see what was going on ... I washed a whole bunch of dishes (from dinner) in a waste high concrete sink (so much for the bacterial dishwasher malarky!)!
Preparation for Christmas day ... 1,000 chickens thawing and being hacked into quarters!
This is how you squish garlic for anticipated Christmas lunch for a couple of thousand!
